The Role of Reading the Al-Quran on Peace of Mind

Al-Qur’an is the guideline for human life, holy book that there no doubt in it, and even medicine all heart ailments. But sometimes, reading al-Qur’an becomes boring does not necessarily have promising implications. This study aims to determine role of on peace mind male students at modern Islamic boarding school Al-Ihsan Baleendah, Bandung. The method used this a qualitative descriptive with case approach. Data collection techniques using observation interviews. subjects were five people from population 12 who attended congregation reciting Qur’an (Jamiatul Qura—JMQ) Baleendah Modern Boarding School, sampling technique students. After data collected, researchers use analysis technique. results showed mental condition participated JMQ was calm serene. follow adab ahlaqiyah inner heart.
